Module s3 

S3-compatible storage-provider construction.

The constructor applies endpoint, credential, transport, and signing options before wrapping the object-store client as a provider. Configurations with neither a URL nor a bucket return no provider. S3-compatible storage-provider construction.

Configuration and environment values feed the object-store S3 builder. Providers without a URL or bucket are treated as disabled, while enabled providers expose signing through the common interface.
